Purpose
This template is meant to deprecate {{infobox referendum}} which works but only for referendums with polar questions and with only one question. This template can handle both: polar and non-polar questions, as well as referendums having multiple questions. The template also provides a visual aid by using horizontal bars to denote votes.

Documentation
- status:
- scheduled does not display the header for 'Results'
- ongoing displays the header as 'Preliminary results'
- default value is to display the header as 'Results'
- parameter is ignored if the part1_subject parameter is assigned any value
